Job Overview
As a Senior Construction Manager specializing in multifamily portfolios, you will oversee construction projects across a designated region, including new construction, remodels, and repairs. You'll lead project planning, execution, and management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Your role involves stakeholder coordination, compliance oversight, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute project plans for multifamily construction projects.Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.Manage construction activities for multifamily properties, ensuring alignment with portfolio goals.Conduct regular site inspections and collaborate with property management teams.Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.Establish and enforce quality control measures and ensure compliance with regulations.Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and approving invoices.Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction management.Strong knowledge of construction practices and industry standards.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management software.Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
