Superintendent - Multi-Family

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The Superintendent will ensure that the project is completed in a timely and effective manner, while providing excellent customer service to all project participants.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate activities of workers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards are metReview contracts and confer with the project team to determine project requirements and material needsPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using project management toolsManage consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and progress of the projectConduct site visits, document progress, and report back to the project teamEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA guidelinesProvide guidance to the project team throughout all phases of the construction processMonitor and adjust timelines to ensure that construction stays on track and within budget

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction or construction management5+ years of experience managing multi-family construction projectsOSHA 10 certification, OSHA 30 preferredHighly organized with excellent planning and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of construction safety standardsFamiliarity with industry-standard software for project managementAbility to remain calm under pressure and work quickly and efficiently
