📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are a midsize firm of about 160 employees with a national client book. We offer tax, accounting, and audit/assurance services to individuals and businesses across the US. We work with an even mix of for profit and non-profit entities and see a wide range of industries. On the for-profit side of the clients we see a lot of construction, real estate, manufacturing, service industry, tech, and more. We offer a large suite of benefits including a fully remote schedule (over 25% of the firm is already fully remote around the US), employer paid medical, dental, & vision plans for families, 401k w/ 6% match, additional 10% profit share, annual bonuses, above market PTO, and paid sabbaticals, and more.
What You Need for this Position
Required
Active CPAAt least 7+ years of Public Accounting Exp.Strong Prep & Review with S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual and/or Multi-state tax returnsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Preferred
Master's in Accounting or TaxationExperience working with mid-sized CPA firms2+ years in tax management
Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000-$175,000
