What You Will Be Doing

The project superintendent will create a worksite operation plan that covers everything from access to the site, to keeping it tidy and orderly at all times, to jobsite security measures, utilities, laydown spaces, where to put trailers, signage, and local emergency medical treatment procedures. Opening the job site in the morning and closing it down at night are important daily tasks. Walk the project as often as necessary, if not daily, to keep an eye on things and help with future planning. Make that the work is completed in accordance with the specifications, plans, timeline, safety, and quality criteria. Inform the project team of any drawings, RFIs, or material submissions. In order to help with the coordination and acceleration of the work, it is expected that the person in this capacity be able to extract and specify short-term schedule requirements from the Project CPM Schedule. This job fosters relationships with the Owner, Local Authorities, Inspectors, Stakeholders, Subcontractors, and Consultants that are centered on cooperation.

At least 5 years' experience of tilt-wall construction
