What You Will Be Doing
Handle strong caseloads from the start of litigation through trial Draft pleadings and conduct depositions Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials Supervise full-time paralegal/case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis
What You Need for this Position
5+ Years of Plaintiff Experience Juris Doctorate CA Bar License Background in drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury TrialsMedical Malpractice experience is BIG PLUS
