Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney -
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court proceedings related to trust and estate matters, as well as providing legal advice on trust and estate issues.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with clients as you establish legal objectives, explain legal options, provide legal advice, and represent clients in court and mediation Prepare pleadings, manage all aspects of discovery, research, prepare motions, all aspects of trial preparation and trial work as second chairManage discovery and depositions in cases related to trust and estate litigationConduct research and prepare legal documents and opinionsHandle appeals and post-judgment mattersAdvise clients on estate planning matters
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law schoolAt least 2 years of Trust & Estate experience Minimum of two years of civil or commercial litigation experience (ALSO acceptable)
Benefits
