📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
IT/OT Cybersecurity Manager
Cybernetic Search have partnered with a global Biotechnology company, specialized in manufacturing and delivering innovative human therapeutics.
You will be responsible for:Lead a team of network/infrastructure engineers, overseeing recruitment, coaching, and training.Manage Incident, Change, and Problem Management for manufacturing, pilot plant, and quality control services.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for analyzing IT OT issues impacting production processes.Direct the lifecycle management of client and server infrastructures, contribute to business integration projects, and provide leadership in OT infrastructure and services.
Experience:Hold 7-10 years of IT OT engineering experience in pharmaceuticals or analogous complex settings, engaging locally and globally.Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Lead/Support implementation of OT infrastructure standards and best practices across all Site OT and Process Automation platforms, collaborating with fellow process automation engineers, as well as IT and OT professionals.Exhibit expertise across IT architecture, infrastructure, quality, and security, alongside adept stakeholder and employee management skills.
Nice to have: Demonstrate proficiency in highly-regulated industries, such as Life Sciences.
