Job Title: Administrative Assistant in Manufacturing Job Type: 2+ Months ContractJob Location: Rochester NY 14611Hours/Week: 40 Hr/WeekShift: 8 am – 5 pm Job Description:Our Engine Systems has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Coordinator at our facility in Rochester, NY. This position will ensure that administrative processes required to complete orders and process shipments are completed in support of various departments at the facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Scan and save work orders and purchase ordersProcess a low volume amount of purchase ordersSubmit invoices to customersProcess new vendor and customer submissionsOversee office visitors and delivery activitiesAct as the office emergency single point of accountabilityChampion 6S activitiesManage office supplies and orderingOther administrative activities as needed.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent2 years of experienceAbility to operate scanning equipmentProficient in Microsoft Office, ExcelAbility to communicate effectively to all levels of employees, management and customers.
