Title: Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy - Finance & AccountingDepartment: Private Equity OperationsFirm: Alternative Investment Manager >$50 billion aumLocation: 3-4x a week in Midtown, NYC
Description:Serve as the main point of contact for projects involving operational efficiency for the Finance & Accounting organizationUtilize knowledge of Investment Management Finance & Accounting operations in order to identify best practices and encourange change adoptionGather requirements, documentation, and develop use casesDocument process workflows and diagramsExecute all aspects of projects assignedDevelop training plan and user acceptanceAdvise and present to senior executive level stakeholders on a regular basis
Requirements:6+ years of experience managing projects for the Finance & Accounting group within an Alternative Asset ManagerDomain knowledge of Private Credit, Real Estate, and/or Private EquityProven ability to understand upstream and downstream impact on technological and process changesHighly detail oriented, concise, and thoroughExcellent written and oral communication with both Business Stakeholders and Technical TeamsBachelors Degree completed
