Title: Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy - Operational StrategyDepartment: Private Equity OperationsFirm: Alternative Investment Manager $150+ BAUMArrangement: 4 days onsite, 1 day work from homeLocation: New York * Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates
Description:Serve as the main point of contact for projects involving operational efficiency for the investment operations groupUtilize knowledge of investment operations in order to identify best practices and encourange change adoptionGather requirements, documentation, and develop use casesDocument process workflows and diagramsExecute all aspects of projects assignedDevelop training plan and user acceptanceAdvise and present to senior executive level stakeholders on a regular basis
Requirements:5+ years of experience leading / managing projects for Investment Operations group within an Alternative Asset Manager or Investment ManagerMust have demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following operational areas: - Compliance - Finance & Accounting (includes FP&A and Fund Accounting) - Investment Operations - Tax - Investor Relations - Legal-Technology - Portfolio Management
Must have domain knowledge of Private Credit, Real Estate, and/or Private Equity operationsProven ability to understand upstream and downstream impact on technological and process changesHighly detail oriented, concise, and thoroughExcellent written and oral communication with both Business Stakeholders and Technical TeamsBachelors Degree completed
