The Industrial Early Intervention Specialists for Cytiva is responsible the prevention and early intervention of potential occupational injuries/illness due to ergonomic hazards/conditions.

This position is part of the EHS Team located in Logan, UT and will be full-time on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do

Perform comprehensive ergonomic job risk analyses utilizing DBS practices, including task analysis, risk factor identification and quantification, posture analysis, and body mechanics analysis.Use innovative, creative solutions and associate empowerment to design and/or implement ergonomics interventions.Create an environment of trust and caring, so associates feel comfortable to seek early care to reduce or eliminate injury and illness though strengthening and stretching programs. Ensures that all required safety records and reports are complete, accurate and correctly submitted to comply with all internal processes and comply with all local, state and federal regulations along with company policies.Communicate regularly with EHS personnel regarding rehab and injury prevention activities and partner with HR.Who you are:Minimum of 5 years of athletic training experience preferred.Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or universityBoard Certified Athletic trainer, or Kinesiologist, or Exercise Physiologist certificationCurrent First Aid/CPR/AED certification. Instructor certification preferred.Previous ergonomic and/or occupational health experience is required
