D3 Search is actively recruiting the following Family Law Associate Attorney for a well-established and highly respected boutique family law practice located in the heart of Pasadena, CA (91107).
Position Title:Family Law Associate Attorney | 2+ years family law experience is REQUIRED.
Location | Map:Pasadena, CA (91107).
Employment Status:Full-time | direct hire employment opportunity. Exempt role.
Employer Work Model:Onsite work model (Monday through Friday).
Summary:Well-established and highly regarded boutique family law practice situated in the heart of Pasadena, CA seeks an Associate Attorney (1.5+ years exp. in family law is required). The Associate Attorney role is open due to the overall growth of the firm's practice.
General Skills & Experience:Substantive knowledge concerning statutes, regulations, and rules pertaining to litigation;Excellent presentation and communication in court and internal meetings, with the ability to synthesize succinctly, while also understanding the audience and ensuring clients understand;Superior writing capabilities;Ability to handle high asset and highly complex caseload with minimal supervision;Ability to work alone or collaborate with a group;Outstanding reputation of professional integrity and ethics;Ability to resolve family law cases either by settlement or trial;Ability to manage cases with all staff involved including: paralegals, legal secretaries, legal assistants, and the billing department;Minimum 1.5+ years’ experience in the family law practice area.
Qualifications & Requirements:1.5+ years family law experience required;Active and in good standing with the California State Bar is required;JD degree from reputable/respected ABA-approved program.
Salary/Compensation:Salary range is up to 175K (DOE/DOQ).
Annual Billables Goal:Annual billable hrs. target/goal/expectation is 1550 hours.
