The Inventory Control Cycle Counter position is responsible for through continuous cycle counts of inventory in a timely manner while on feet. The Cycle Counter researches all data available to resolve discrepancies and adheres to proper inventory control and procedures.

Perform physical inventory count and compare results with system dataResearch discrepancies between physical and system countCommunicate cycle count finding to those responsible for inventoryAdheres to the cycle counting procedures and guidelinesMaintains count records and data filesInvestigates origin of discrepanciesExecutes daily cycle counts as instructedCollects daily warehouse activity data (metrics tracking)Performs all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management proceduresLocates stock and delivers item to destinationMaintains accurate inventory records to help facilities shortage detectionMaintains confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnelOther duties as assigned

Requirements
High School Diploma or GEDComputer applications experience using RF Systems.Excellent customer service skills.Power material handling experience preferred.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.Walking, standing, climbing stairs and/or ladders and sitting on regular basis.
Travel: local travel between Mobile, Irvington and Theodore sites.
