What you will do as the Client Services Manager:Coordinate advisor workflow and receive advisor work requestsReview the appointment schedule with an advisor and gather or prepare any additional materials needed or requested by the advisorComplete work requests and serve as the advisor’s workflow liaison with other staffHandle service calls from clients, corporate offices, or other professionalsRecord all client communication and interaction in the Contact ManagerComplete client investment transactions as directed by an advisorResolve client issuesComplete forms and applications following client appointmentsSubmit all new business applications and checks to the corporate office in a timely manner according to Proviant Group procedures
What you will bring to the role as the Client Services Manager:High school diplomaWorking knowledge of basic computingProficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft OutlookWorking knowledge of Ameriprise Technology Applications, including - Thomson Financial, Morningstar/Advisor Workstation, Advisor Compass, Contact Manager, Status Manager, etc.Ability to prepare illustrations for life insurance, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance in respective programsAbility to maintain client and business confidentiality
