Worksite Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota - HybridContract Duration: 6 monthsHourly Rate: $23-25/hr W2

Candidates must have: Professional experience in the health insurance industry with Medicare and/or Medicaid knowledgeExperience editing and proofing

Responsibilities Proof, format, and edit member-facing documents, including accompanying materials for external distribution in accordance with operational, state and/or federal regulatory compliance.Release documents to the print vendor, prepare documents in PDF format, and maintain assigned documents in the Knowledge Network (KN) intranet and BCA library.Identify and resolve document production issues, and escalate as appropriate.Effective and timely communication of member benefit language, coverage processes, etc., in benefit documents and all other collateral through document production processes.Initiate and maintain communications with impacted internal departments and outside vendors to resolve issues and convey information on changes to products or processes.Represent department on various workgroups and project teams with internal departments and outside vendors.Maintain data and communicate status related to projects, meeting records, etc.Responsible for member health insurance contract production including drafting, formatting, editing, proofreading and coordinating the releasing of the contracts.Develop, produce and maintain contract documents that support product and service offerings.Interpret and analyze implications of product variability on client needs and coordinate resolution of issues.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, Major: English, Marketing, or Business Administration preferredExperience in the health insurance industry with Medicare and/or Medicaid knowledgeExperience: Some materials development, auditing, and/or proofreading; professional writing; or business analysis experience requiredHighly organized and able to manage multiple deadlinesAttention to detailStrong verbal and written skills are requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word is requiredAbility to use Adobe Acrobat Pro (PDF)Ability to follow documented processesComprehensive knowledge of workflow across operational departments is critical to successful performanceStrong ability to develop a hands-on understanding of a multiple variety of software applicationsSmartSheet experience preferred
