We are a midsized CPA firm with a highly spirited and enthusiastic team culture, located in Santa Rosa, California. We are seeking CPA candidates with 2-4 years of public accounting experience. We offer our employees the option to work remotely, however certain engagements will require a sustained presence in the office. Responsibilities:Assist partners with audit, review and compilation engagementsPrepare detailed work papers for assurance service engagementsDevelop and execute audit strategy from planning to reportingDraft financial statements and report audit findings. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProvide leadership skills to audit staff Qualifications:Minimum of two years of experience in public accountingExperience in multiple audit and assurance areas including inventory, revenue, equity. Understanding of generally accepted accounting principals in the United States of America. Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong desire to continuously learn Creative problem solving and research skillsMotivated to work in both a team-oriented environment and independentlyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldIf not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
