Project Manager -Public Works
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Public Works Project Manager; 8+ years of DSA, state and Federal public Works projects required. Must be able to pass a drug screen, state and Federal background checks. K-12 and higher education construction experience preferred.
Some daily duties and responsibilities will include;
- Attending Owners meeting
- Managing Clients expectations
- Project document control
- Make and maintain project CPM schedules
- Prepare/prep monthly progress payments
- Managing Superintendents and site personnel
- Coordination with sub-contractors
- Coordination with Owners representatives
- Conflict resolution
- Responsible for budget and cost controls
