About The Job

Lead the Adult ONS packaging transformation business strategy and by the business lead for key inno/reno project from design to execution, engaging with the cross functional team and close CBU collaboration.
About You
Strong experience in innovation projects (preferably global inno and/or pack inno) Strong experience in medical/RX categories Cross functional leadership adapts quickly / is agile Autonomous / Doer Strategic thinker People centricity (patient, customer, HCP) Passion for sustainability Fluent in English Can be physically in Hoofddorp 3 days / week. Can occasionally travel to Utrecht R&I center (1-2 months).
