Danone North America is building a stand alone structure for our Premium Organic Dairy business operations (PD+). The following role is intended to support that business as a ground floor opportunity supporting these exciting brands in a new context. About the Job:You will work with BU Leader and Maintenance Leader in the development and execution of the Plan for the Day and loss elimination.You will Owns Centerline Management system for the owned areas. Routinely coaches operators and mechanics on the execution and adherence to this system. Leads process definition to identify Centerline targets and document standards.You will Maintain up to date Centerlines targets and track/check compliance to standard.You will Provide trended data, ad hoc reports as requested by plant teams.You will Efficiency analysis – top losses. Management of Informance & downtime tracking. Provide feedback to operators and leads when tagging improvement is necessary. Owns integrity of OEE calculations through Informance and other line event data tracking systemsYou will Conducts recurring Loss Analysis and partners with Line Lead to develop short term improvement plans
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.You will have a minimum 1 year of related work experienceYou will Master all appropriate SAP applications and reporting software to refine supply models and work process flows.You Will Own executing SAP transactions within responsibility area.Maintain advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and/or TEKDAN and SAP knowledge.
