About The Job
We are currently looking to hire a Treasury Director! Key strategic position within the Finance Organization to lead the treasury department and reporting to the CFO.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.
In this role, you will be responsible for
Responsible for the strong relationship with banks and other financial entitiesStrong communication skills to have direct contact with lenders and investors. Active engagement in new tools and system implementationIn charge of cash flow forecast/positions, borrowing and ensure funding available for paymentsOversee daily and weekly cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash optimization. Active sponsor of internal control and company complianceStrong connection with different business partners and FP&A to develop strategies to improve and optimize working capital and total cash generation. Develop treasury reporting dashboards and kpisLead in identifying risk, developing mitigation plans and strategiesActive leadership to design and co-pilot our free cash flow strategyReview and analyze banking and investment management fees to identify cost reductions
The base compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 commensurate with experience.

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required, preferred in Accounting or Finance10+ years of proven experience on Finance and TreasuryHigh degree of analytical and problem-solving capabilityProactive and constructive attitudeExperience with ERP implementation and / or ERP enhancements, and process improvements
