Deputy Chief Product Officer

As the Deputy Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for your product portfolio strategy, development, and lifecycle management. You will lead the Product Management team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver market-leading solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a deep understanding of the Technology industry, and a strong ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies.

Lead and mentor a product team providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence, translating insights into actionable product strategies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive successful product launches.Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities.Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development, providing clear product requirements, resolving issues, and prioritizing development efforts.Drive the product development process, including product planning, requirements gathering, user experience design, and validation.Define and track key product metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and keep our product offerings innovative and competitive.Serve as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase our products and gather feedback.

Salary Range (US Only):

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
