📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're hiring a Head of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing strategies. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with product teams, and driving go-to-market efforts to maximize product success.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with company goals.Define target markets and positioning strategies for products.Collaboration:Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams for alignment.Support sales enablement efforts with compelling messaging and materials.Go-to-Market Strategy:Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches.Create product narratives and value propositions for differentiation.Marketing Campaigns and Content:Develop integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand.Create marketing collateral and content to support sales efforts.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research and competitive analysis.Use insights to inform product positioning and strategies.Metrics and Measurement:Define KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.Analyze data to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of product marketing experience with successful product launches.Have led a team and/or built a product marketing program from the ground up.Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
