You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:• Provide support to the QA department by reviewing plans to ensure that only the highest-level quality drawings are provided to the client.• Provide constructive criticism to CAD Techs.• Raise the standard of the QA department by being resourceful and efficient. Job Responsibilities / Expectations:• Remain coachable and open to critique, always learning.• Be ready for action and be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.• Support Quality Assurance department in the review of plans.• Provide feedback and mentor to CAD Techs.• Find errors and offer solutions on all plans before being submitted to a client.• Uphold the highest quality standards and not deviating for convenience.• Learning and maintaining multiple builders' standards.• Ability to research and be knowledgeable about building codes and standards.• Able to work well as part of a team to meet deadlines and satisfy client expectations.• Active participation in weekly update meetings.• Feeling comfortable making difficult decisions.

Preferred Skills/Experience:• Professional technical writing and communication skills• Ability to stay focused on a task for longer periods• Construction and/or building industry experience• 3+ years of experience reviewing construction drawings and plans• CAD Drafting experience a plus!
