Financial Operations Analyst

Position SummaryThe Financial Operations team supports the firm across a broad spectrum of initiatives, including Finance and Accounting strategic projects, process improvement, product launches and adoption, and coordination across department teams.

The Analyst, Financial Operations is an integral part of the team, assisting the Senior Manager, Financial Operations and working closely with systems and operations teams across the firm on a variety of operations, product, and communication initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Operations: Develop a deep understanding of Finance and Accounting practices and systems. Assist in collaborating with department teams and Partners on the creation and implementation of strategic business initiatives and annual planning. Process improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement, designing new best practices and products, and integrating these into the department and firm. Assist in creating long-term KPIs to track and analyze improvements.Communication: Assist in creating documentation for new and current processes and best practices for the department and firm, including analytics presentations, training materials, and firm launch collateral. Assist in identifying opportunities for Partner outreach and engagement. Assist in communicating and delivering greater financial awareness throughout the firm.Coordination: Assist in coordinating with operations and accounting teams across global offices and collaborating directly with global teams to ensure strong communication, reporting, and best practices. Systems: Assist in designing and creating financial operations systems to support initiative planning, tracking, analyzing, and launching.

Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree; degree or coursework in finance, operations, and/or another quantitative field preferredMinimum two years of relevant experience preferred

CompensationThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 - $90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
