DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within a designated market or geographical region. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements

Associates DegreeBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care experience preferredDeals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgmentIntermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & OutlookRN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actionsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical nursing; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in renal nursingMinimum of one year of experience as a DaVita IKC NurseCNN or CDN certification
