What does the RN role entail?
Full Time - base schedule 3 days and minimum of 30 hours a weekRotating Schedule to include rotating Saturday’s with occasional Sunday's based on holidaysStarting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 6:00 pmAverage hours range from 12 to 14 hours a dayOversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs Paid Dialysis Training provided
What does a successful RN look like?
At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) idealADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in MichiganConfident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTsSomeone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
