What you’ll be doing:Responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of a wide range of programs and events Work collaboratively with different teams to create valuable networking opportunities, educational initiatives, and engaging experiences for business partnersLead the design, development, and implementation of training programs, by collaborating with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure the content is both relevant and effectiveRefine training curriculum, staying ahead of industry changes, and aligning training offerings with the evolving needs and industry standardsAlign programing with organizational strategic initiatives by working collaboratively with internal departments, developing metrics to measure impact, and effectively managing budgetsSupport robust metrics and effective budget management.Oversee growth within the promotion of grants program Communicate and track all aspects of the grant management processTargeted outcomes include accurate and comprehensive grant files and credit union awareness of available grantsNegotiate venue, speaker, and catering contractsPlan and execute webinars, golf outings, and other events for membersCultivate relationships with assigned accounts to maintain goals and revenue

Who we’re looking for:A college degree in a relevant field and/or substantial event planning experiencePrevious experience in setting event revenue goals and managing budgets that meet revenue goalsWorking knowledge and experience with Cvent Event Management SoftwareTrade association experience would be idealStrong communication skills, both face to face and through various platforms (including email and social media)
