About The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Director of Product, Platform Security to lead our Platform Security portfolio to deliver secure products, frameworks, and features for use by both internal and external clients. This role will also manage a team of talented Product Managers and develop their skills and performance.
What You’ll Get To Do
Product Strategy and Vision
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our Platform Security product portfolio.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to maintain a strong security posture for the DF suite of applications.Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and application security governance in collaboration with product management and engineering teams.
Product Development And Execution
Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that align with business objectives.Manage a team that collaborates with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user-friendly designs.Be involved with product quality, and deployment activities to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executive leadership, to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into product development cycles.Provide regular updates and reports on product performance, key milestones, and market trends to executive management and other relevant stakeholders.Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, industry influencers, and thought leaders to stay abreast of industry advancements and explore potential collaborations.
Skills And Experience We Value
Proven experience in product management leadership roles within Application/Cyber security teams.In-depth knowledge of application security best-practices processes, technologies, and industry trends.Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Track record of successfully launching and scaling security products in a fast-paced, agile environment.Strong business acumen and a customer-centric mindset.Experience with data analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence in application/cybersecurity space is highly desirable.
