Commercial Loan Processor

As a Commercial Loan Processor for Dayspring Bank, your primary focus will be to collaborate with Lenders through the entire lifecycle of the loan.

Here are the key responsibilities with this role:Data Gathering and Organization: You will assist our Commercial Lending team with collecting relevant information needed for loan processing. This will include preparing any required disclosures in the loan application phase. You will need excellent organizational skills to manage the interaction with multiple Lenders and Applicants simultaneously.Document Preparation and Compliance. Preparing loan documents with precision, while ensuring that compliance with regulatory requirements and approval authorities are adhered to. Accuracy and clarity are paramount. You’ll work with the lenders and compliance team to determine HMDA applicability and precise reporting of required data points.File Completeness. You will be responsible for perfecting liens on collateral, creating an accurately imaged loan file, and working with Lenders to ensure all outstanding documentation items are managed timely. All things critical to ensuring the transaction has been processed as it was approved.Loan Transactions. Opening the new account in the Fiserv Premier system, processing the initial funding of the loan principal and fees, and any corresponding transactions that come via the mail or into the branch will be part of your daily activity. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively and positively across various channels, (Outlook, Teams, phone calls, face-to -face). Foster smooth interactions with colleagues and customers.Initiative: Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency and improve existing processes.Confidentiality: Safeguard customer account information with utmost confidentiality.
