📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a Loan Servicing Specialist at Dayspring Bank, the primary focus is to provide loan operational support to all Dayspring Bank locations.

Education and Support: Assist our loan administration staff with training and best practices when using our internal core software, Fiserv Premier. Model consistency to the teams with established procedures. Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong working knowledge of lending products, ensuring compliance with any bank policies, procedures, and regulations.Analytical Approach: Thoughtfully, efficiently, and accurately review assigned reports for multiple locations, ensuring that procedures have been followed. Having a detailed eye for exceptions and anomalies is key in these reviews.Complex Account Transaction Processing: Let’s face it – some banking transactions are just complicated. Participations, escrow, and loans with multiple payment streams, will be a part of your daily routine. This role is the go-to for all things loan transactions.Account and System Maintenance: Assist with on-going maintenance of all loan accounts, including the boarding of loan modifications to the Fiserv Premier Core for all locations. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively and positively across various channels, (Outlook, Teams, phone calls, face-to -face). Foster smooth interactions with colleagues and customers. Initiative: Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency and improve existing processes.Confidentiality: Safeguard customer account information with utmost confidentiality.
