Human Resources Business Partner

SUMMARY

AMS HR Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring, for the AMS Region (North America) effective execution of all HR processes with particular focus on talent management that includes communication and people development, as well as the organizational alignment to business needs, in strict coordination with the General Manager, Global HR Director of the division and Corporate HR.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Participate as required in the development of the HR and Division business plans and programs, particularly from the perspective of the impact on people. Translate them into HR operational plans in application of the guidance and inputs received by HR Corporate,• Define the yearly HR budget and plan in coordination with Corporate HR, Regional Hub General Manager and the Global HR Director,• Ensure the effective use and maintenance of the proper tools (SuccessFactors, etc.),• Manage, in strict coordination with Corporate HR, Regional Hub General Manager and the Global HR Director continuous people management and development including competence/performance assessment, training, succession planning, internal job rotation, international mobility, etc., • Be the point of reference for all workers, employees and company management for identifying and managing all people development path• Advice executives and managers in the most effective communication and interaction with people,• Manage the organizational structure and role grading and description in coherence with the approved budget and the company and people needs, applying the guidelines provided by HR Corporate,• Manage internal communication and events boosting a positive internal climate, developing consistent actions plan in response to company surveys to boost it as required,• Liaise and lobby with schools, colleges/universities and professional communities to identify and boost partnerships and mutual opportunities. Pursue the best practices and programs to attract, select and recruit “talents”.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 years related experience in HR management within multinational companiesPreviously held leadership rolesKnowledge/experience in: Local labor disciplines Managing HR economicsAble to travel 10-20% of time to other De Nora facilities as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources; Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent
