Quality Control Technician

```Duties```- Perform detail lab procedures for equipment- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues.- Ability to manage time / team player with the ability to handle repetitive details.-- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records / Computer literacy a must.```Qualifications```- 1 year previous experience in quality inspection or quality assurance preferred- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, such as scales , ph. meters , water activity etc.- afternoon shift flexibility is a must / rotate weekend O.T.- Knowledge of quality of products , taste , smell etc.- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with management and auditors.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
