Responsibilities

Circulate among guests within the assigned section; call out and sell alcohol, beverage or food productsServe alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification and adhere to company alcohol policies and proceduresCollect payment from guests while following credit handling policiesConduct inventory reports at the end of each shift

Qualifications

Excellent communication skillsAbility to complete required pre-employment alcohol service trainingBasic math skills for cash and inventory duties

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain standing for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
