Delaware North is hiring a full-time IT Technician to join our team for support of Patina Restaurant locations on the west coast, in Los Angeles, California. With all technology at your fingertips and the Operation Lead by your side, you will work to support daily technical operations on the west coast. Responsibilities

Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops and end-user support for hardware and software systemsAssist implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware NorthSet up and maintain computer software and hardware, user account and computer configurations for team membersActively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during eventsRecord, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through help desk request problem-solving process

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in a technical support roleExperience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and WindowsExcellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industryTeam-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilitiesAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
