Responsibilities

Greet clients via phone, collect information and input leads for sales managers

Process and distribute guest amenity forms and Marriott group/event rewards

Assist sales team by filing important documents/contracts and communicating relevant informationDistribute internal communications on a daily or weekly basisKeeping inventory of office supplies and ordering additional as neededBlock and coordinate in house meetingsAll other duties assigned

Qualifications

Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in hospitality, sales or related field preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and ExcelOutstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of property management and reservation systems preferredAbility to work some holidays, weekends and eveningsExperience with Marriott Systems a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to bend, stoop, and kneelAbility to lift, balance, and move up to 35 pounds
