What You’ll Achieve

As a Generative AI Principal Consultant within the Dell organization, aligned to consulting service delivery, you will provide consultative business and technical delivery services for a range of complex customer-facing consulting engagements. Specifically, you will be part of projects providing expertise in the Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI space. These projects will focus on exploring and showcasing the potential of LLMs & Generative AI for Dell customers and helping them define their strategy in the LLM / GenAI space. As a member of the services delivery team, you will work alongside Dell badged Consultants, to earn the customer’s trust through competence, technical acumen, consulting expertise, and partnership. This position requires a dynamic individual with expert customer-facing skills. Domestic US Travel Required: 25-60%.

You will

Expertise and familiarity with deep learning architectures, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and transformers with solid understanding of deep learning training techniques, including hyperparameter optimization and regularization methodsIn-depth Generative AI Modeling knowledge of generative AI models, including GANs, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) variational autoencoders (VAEs), and diffusion models, as well as experience in applying generative AI models to various tasks, such as image generation, text generation, and data augmentationFamiliarity with machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning; as well as a solid understanding of machine learning evaluation metrics and techniques, and in the NVIDIA NeMo framework, NVIDIA Inferencing solutions, and NVIDIA platform managementAbility to effectively communicate the value proposition of our generative AI solutions to potential clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their unique needs and pain points, understand the competitive landscape and effectively position our solutions against those of competitors; and collaborate with sales teams to create targeted proposals and presentations, addressing specific client requirements and driving successful deal closures

Essential Requirements

15+ years of Enterprise Consulting experience with a proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and KerasExperience in applying machine learning techniques such as classification, regression, and anomaly detectionDeep expertise in designing and implementing ETL (Extract, Transfer & Load) processes for data integration and experience with MLOps products like Cnvrg.io, Run.ai, H2O.io, Kubernetes, Containers, Apache NiFi, Talend or InformaticaUnderstanding of data modeling, data quality and database design principlesKnowledge of data governance best practices

Desirable Requirements

Proficiency in Data Center products like Storage, Compute & NetworkFamiliarity with Enterprise Architectures and Standards
