What You’ll Achieve

As a Technical Business Cross Product Owner you will be responsible for overseeing critical components such as customer primary data management, golden record creation, entity resolution, customer hierarchy, customer progressive profiling, data quality, and leveraging graph database technology. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex cross-functional projects within a data-centric environment.

You will

Identify, assess, and manage dependencies between multiple products within our ecosystem, with a focus on customer data management and quality components and collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to prioritize dependencies and ensure seamless integration across productsLead efforts to optimize ecosystem functionality by defining and prioritizing features related to customer primary data management, golden record creation, entity resolution, customer hierarchy, progressive profiling, and data quality and work closely with product teams to ensure that ecosystem functionality enhancements align with business objectives, customer needs, and industry best practicesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to cross-product dependencies and ecosystem functionality, with a specific focus on customer data management and quality initiativesAct as a subject matter expert on graph database technologies, providing guidance to cross-functional teamsDrive initiatives to enhance the scalability, reliability, and overall performance of graph database products

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in product management or product ownership roles, with a focus on managing cross-product dependencies and ecosystem functionality within a data-centric environmentStrong understanding of customer data management concepts and technologies, including golden record creation, entity resolution, customer hierarchy, progressive profiling, and data qualityExperience with graph database technology and its application in managing complex relationships and dependencies within large datasetsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable plans

Desirable Requirements

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goalProven track record of successfully managing complex projects, driving product innovation, and delivering business value in a dynamic environment, preferably within the data management or analytics domain
