The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite. As we go-to-market we will show our clients that we serve more than HR organizations - from the CEO to CFO, Risk Manager to Business Unit leader-and that we deliver on our issues and help create value for our clients.
Work You'll Do
Our HR Cloud Operate offering is focused on helping our clients drive the value out of their cloud HR technology investments. We understand that organizations are balancing the need to provide effective and efficient operations with the desire to move their strategic imperatives forward. By assisting with functional and technical operate services, we partner with our clients and provide capability and capacity.
Responsibilities will include
Collaborate with clients to understand their process and operational needs and provide the most effective Deloitte solution for each clients' situation.Provide leading practice knowledge of business processes, including Payroll, to enable our clients to streamline operationsEngage in proactive suggestions for process optimization and apply creative thinking to solving problems. Engage with Deloitte's Human Capital as a Service offerings and understand our key messages to bring additional value to clients.Lead teams to design and define the scope resulting in efficient and effective pricing and resource planning.Lead HR Cloud operate sales pursuits by understanding client requirements and bringing together the right team to create a response that is aligned with client needs and conforms to Deloitte standardsCollaborate with Deloitte leaders to drive the growth of our HR Cloud Operate offering.Share your knowledge of Payroll as you lead your teams through the sales and solutioning process to formulate the best plan to drive client goals forward post implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees.8+ years of experience working in delivering and managing business process outsourced services primarily in Payroll related services6+ years of experience leading project teams, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations6+ years of managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues, and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client6+ years of mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to continue to grow and develop your colleagues within the practice4+ years of involvement in the sales processAbility to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Superior communications skills, both verbal and writtenStrong command of Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
