Work You'll Do/Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement managementGuide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing supportPerforms analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic softwarePrepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirementsReview and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the applicationThis position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the applicationProvide outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient careOn an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience3+ years of recent experience with an implementationExperience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and supportDemonstrative understanding of technical documentationCurrent Epic Clin Doc Certification with certification in Epic Rehab Module; Inpatient and Outpatient experience preferredLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveRole is remote

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,725 to $127,875.
