Work You'll Do/Responsibilities
Support all aspects of Epic support in a multi-state healthcare organization Manage break/fix, service requests and project tickets and tasks within required SLAs Work on HIM configuration changes and builds by maintaining industry and client standards ensuring build quality and timeline adherence as well as debugging and resolving any issues/defects Work with team to collect, analyze and document business operations and workflow. Complete all tasks in a timely manner with accurate documentation. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and across teams to achieve the completion of tasks. Participate in the daily calls / scrum meetings with respect to deliverables and build the weekly status reports to be reviewed with leadership. Troubleshoot problems and address questions from users and provide on-call support on a rotating basis. Make recommendations, review and test changes, enhancements, and each new release as assigned. Provide assigned on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades. Ensures all quality assurance processes are followed, including change management and testing efforts. Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Must have a current Epic HIM Certification(s) Experience working in Epic support and implementation environment Experienced in performing configuration changes and system builds in EHR (Electronic Health Record) platforms Ability to understand Service Level Agreement (SLA) methodology and follow the same as per engagement requirements Perform problem management activities such as root cause analysis of incidents Experience in understanding and meeting service level agreements in a fast-paced environment MBA or any medical background/related field, or equivalent experience Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Role is remote
Preferred
Other Epic certifications or experience Experience working in hospital or clinic operations Microsoft and Google product experience Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products Can operate independently or with minimum supervision Excellent Written and Communication Skills Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
