Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement managementUnderstand workflow practices and how to apply to system configuration in support of Operational/IT strategies, issues, and prioritiesPerforms unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcomesWork with Application Team to ensure applications are well supported and implementations are properly executedFollow defined standards, promote best practice principles, and participate in change control processOptimizes, maintains and supports application/system as requiredParticipates effectively as a team member to achieve team goals and objectivesProvides on-call support, troubleshoots and resolves production support issues during Activation as applicableInitiates escalation proceduresIdentify potential issues and refer more complex issues to appropriate level of supportBuilds rapport and always promotes teamwork by maintaining a professional and positive attitude, working to maintain open and professional lines of communication with all end users and colleagues, and utilizing key change management principlesLead meetings as needed, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts and manage a project planMeet application deliverables, project timelines, and delivery weekly status reportingTimely project and data tracking with input of weekly time trackingPerforms other related duties assigned by supervisorIn an emergency, performs other duties necessary for the welfare of patients or the efficient operations of the institution

Qualifications

Required
