We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working across products within the Finance Portfolio or across multiple Portfolios to ensure consistency and alignment between business and IT sides. As a key member of the team, the Product Engineer will serve as the expert for business partners, facilitating communication with the appropriate IT personnel and assisting product owners in making informed decisions. Additionally, the Product Engineer will be instrumental in providing enterprise and portfolio-level solutions and leveraging data to ensure that product owners are making the right decisions.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively across products within a Portfolio or multiple Portfolios to ensure consistency and integration between business and IT sides.Serve as the go-to expert for business partners, facilitating communication and connecting them with the appropriate IT resources.Assist product owners in making informed decisions by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.Develop strategy and implement enterprise and portfolio-level solutions to address common challenges and promote scalability and efficiency.Utilize data-driven insights to support product owners in making informed decisions and driving continuous improvement.Foster collaboration and alignment between business stakeholders and IT teams.Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in product development processes.

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience in product engineering, product management, or a related role.Strong understanding of both business and IT domains, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between them.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimization.Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions and driving continuous improvement.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and excellence.Working knowledge of AWS Platform, Applications, and Terminology AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is a plusConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
