We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of Dematic. In this opportunity, you will have the ability to work with internal and external clients and candidates. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $38-86,000/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Providing support for the recruiting process by managing the requisition approval processOrganizing internal and external candidate interviews in a high-volume environmentContacting and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruiting processProviding documentation and information on the posting and recruitment process to the recruiter, candidate, hiring manager and interview teamMaintaining, monitoring, and gathering recruiting data in Workday, LinkedIn and/or Talent NeuronEscalating requisition issues to senior management or other key stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Education may be substituted for with work experienceMinimum 1-3 years of administrative experience with experience in talent acquisition, recruiting and/or human resources preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and juggle projects in a time sensitive work environmentExperience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and also with sourcing candidates through Workday, LinkedIn and/or IndeedMust be highly detailed oriented with strong organization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsRequires initiative, confidence, time management, resourcefulness and common-sense approach to problem solvingProficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPointRequires ability to maintain confidentiality
