Job Description：Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that leverageServiceNow's App Engine capabilities.Develop custom applications, modules, and workflows using ServiceNow's App Engineplatform. Customize and extend ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs.Design, develop and customize ServiceNow Applications and facilitate the rollout of newmodules and configure Application UI and workflow Design and develop custom applications onServiceNow platform as needed based on the requirements.Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as required.Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of developed applications to ensure theymeet quality standards.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project team members.Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices.Provide solution options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons analyses for eachoption and recommendation.Skillfully troubleshoot break/fix issues.
Job Requirements：Required QualificationsProven experience 5+ years of developing applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a focuson App Engine.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's App Engine framework, including business rules, clientscripts, UI policies, and workflows.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies commonly used inServiceNow development.Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and other methods.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CertifiedImplementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
