Responsibilities
Performing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Procedures: Utilize your expertise to perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including dental implant placement, tooth extractions, corrective jaw surgery, and facial trauma reconstruction, with precision and proficiency. Providing Compassionate and Personalized Patient Care: Ensure patients' comfort and well-being throughout the treatment process. Educate patients on their oral health conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care instructions. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to our patients. Maintain open communication and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Delivering Clinical Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and adhere to established protocols and best practices in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in the field to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. Practice Growth: Actively participate in practice growth initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to expand our patient base and enhance our reputation as a leading oral surgery practice in the Boynton area. Qualifications
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program Board certification or eligibility for board certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery Current state dental license in good standing Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
