6-month Desktop Technician Contract
Hybrid in Golden, CO, Mon – Thurs in office, Fridays remote
Candidates must already be local | Open US Citizens or Permanent Residents

Our government agency client in Golden, CO is seeking a 6-month contract resource to assist with desktop support. DCS offers medical, dental, vision and ancillary accident insurance as well as paid sick time for our contractors!
The ideal candidate will have experience with: System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration ManagerInstalling applicationsMigrating profiles and making sure users are set upSetting up laptops, PCs, monitors, making sure the user is set up to printWiping hard drives, updating asset records in Service Now
This resource will not be working the phones for Tech Support but may have to help users they set up over the phone once they take the equipment home.
The best candidate will be patient, detail oriented, thorough, able to work without supervision, know when to ask questions and of course have great customer service skills!
