Digital Display Technician

DeNyse Companies is hiring a Digital Display Technician! Pay range: $65,000.

Job Summary:Responsible for assembling, programming, and installing custom Electronic Message Centers, LED screens, and programmable LED lights. Understands the signal flow, power consumption, and voltage ratings of all digital products.

Supervisor Responsibilities: N/A

Job Duties & Responsibilities include the following.Verifies scope of work after reviewing work order.Research items and topics for upcoming jobs.Assembles EMCs and/or LEDs for digital sign jobs.Fabricates items for use on EMCs or LEDs.Repairs/maintains EMCs and LEDs as necessary.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:Electrical, fabrication, and IT/networking skillsCommunicationAbility to see how smaller pieces fit into bigger picture.

Education & Experience: Some college or Associate’s Degree required for this position.NovaStar softwareProgramming LEDsBasic hand tools and understanding/reading of blueprints.

1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.15% travel may be required.

Required Licenses/certifications: IT/networking certification
