Job Duties
SWVMHI is looking to hire a dynamic Recreation Rehab Specialist to provide Recreational Therapy group work and individualized therapeutic activities for individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent, mental, emotional, and behavior illnesses, intellectual disabilities, implement and documenting progress in the electronic health record.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in planning and implementing Rehabilitative Services.
Additional Considerations
Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a major in Recreation, Arts, Music, or a related field; or combination of training and experience.
Experience providing group work and individualized therapeutic activities to a special population, to include recreational, social, wellness or leisure services.
