📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for all cash transactions with guests and answering guest questions in a courteous and professional manner.Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds throughout the shift.Verifying and documenting personal identification information for check and cash advance transactions.Completing Multiple Transaction Logs in accordance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the property’s BSA Policy.Monitor for suspicious activity, as defined by the BSA and the property’s BSA Policy.Responsible for guest relations including new player sign-up and working knowledge of company marketing campaigns.Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests.
STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
Maintaining a professional working relationship among all internal and external guests.Maintaining an accurate cash drawer.Willingness to work flexible hours according to business and department needs.Oral and written communication skills.
Education, Training, And Experience
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.Six months of cashiering, banking, or customer service related role experience is preferredAbility to obtain a valid Racing License.
