INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

As an Installation Supervisor at Design It, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating installation activities on projects. Your primary role will be to ensure that installations are carried out efficiently, meeting quality standards and meeting customer expectations.

Prior knowledge:-Solid knowledge of high-end carpentry installation techniques and procedures.-Familiarity with quality standards and regulations related to the installation of high-end kitchens and closets.-Understanding of the technical and safety aspects of the facilities.-Understanding of the internal dynamics in the supervision of work as such (electricity, plumbing, etc...).

Responsabilidades-Review the site conditions before delivering the merchandise, ensuring that it meets the necessary requirements for its installation.-Stipulate the budgets for the works together with the management team, considering the resources and costs necessary for each project.-Negotiate project quotes with installers, establishing deadlines, requirements and client expectations.Define and assign the facilities team for each project, taking into account the competencies and skills of the team members.-Supervise installation at work sites, ensuring that procedures are followed and established quality standards are met.-Stipulate project delivery dates, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with agreed deadlines.-Ensure that product quality and installation execution meet company expectations and standards.-Prepare and present weekly reports to management.

Requisitos-University degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or related field or its equivalent in specialized experience in the industry.-Previous experience in facility supervision functions in the field of interior design or related areas, minimum 5 years.
